Guelph Housing Market Stats – April 2019
Today I’m going to provide you with a quick summary of the Guelph housing market stats for April of 2019. Below are some of the key market metrics:
- Median Sales Price was $509,000 – ↑ 9.7% (relative to April of 2018)
- Median Days on Market now at 14 days – ↓ 1 day
- Total Number of Sales was 236 – ↑ 7.3%
- Total Number of Listings was 361 – ↑ 18.4%
As you can see, the Guelph housing market was strong again for the month of April. The month started off slow, but as we finally started to get some good weather, the sales picked up.
