- Median Days on Market was 15 days, which is up by 2 days.
- Total number of Sales decreased by 4.2%
- Total number of Listings decreased by 13.8%
One trend to watch for as we approach the Spring market, is the number of new listings. If the number of listings continue on a downward trend relative to last year, and buyer demand picks up, we may start to see more and more bidding wars again.
