– Median Sales Price was $533,250 – ↑ 11.3% (relative to May of 2018)… and up 4.8% from last month
– Median Days on Market now at 14 days – ↑ 2 days
– Total Number of Sales was 266 – ↑ 18.8%
– Total Number of Listings was 387 – ↓ 4.8%
As you can see, the Guelph housing market was strong again for the month of May. With the number of listings being down, and sales being up, the median sales price naturally increased.
