New Features at JeffMoisan.com
Today I’m going to introduce you to two new features on my website that are aimed to keep you informed about the real estate market.
1. Live & Interactive Market Stats:
The first one is live and interactive housing market stats for Guelph and surrounding areas. Simply visit www.jeffmoisan.com, and scroll over to the “Market Stats” menu item. Once you click on this menu link, you will have the option to view market stats for the following areas:
- Guelph
- Kitchener
- Waterloo
- Cambridge
- Centre Wellington
- Guelph/Eramosa
- Puslinch
For each of these areas, you will find live and interactive stats indicating median sales price, median days on market, number of new listings, number of home sales, months’ supply of inventory, and price per sq. ft. These stats are broken down on bar graphs indicating three years of data for all property types, single family homes, condos, semi-detached homes, and townhouses.
My objective is to provide you with accurate, live and interactive housing market data, to help you make informed and educated real estate decisions.
2. Weekly Neighbourhood Sales Reports:
At the top of each market stats page, there is an option to receive weekly neighbourhood sales reports. It is important that you register for this information. Simply fill out your name, email address, and click on your neighbourhood. Once you register, you will receive a neighbourhood sales report within twenty four hours, and updated weekly sales reports every Tuesday morning.
